Animal Instincts 2 (Chapter 2)

(Brittney's POV)

The kids were in the back playing video games and I wouldn't mind if it was just 'my' kids, but no there just had to be some long eared tramp back there with them and the company wasn't very enjoyable out here either. Hannah and I just got up and went to the kitchen to start making dinner and the cake was already done since last night and just I was about to start cooking Taylor walked in.

Taylor-Need help?

Brittney-We got it.

Taylor-You sure because I know how to cook, I do it all the time.

Brittney-So do I.

I don't want 'her' help especially if this is the food my kitten will be eating so it should only be made by Hannah and I.

Hannah-You're our guest anyways so why don't you just go sit back down and relax.

Taylor-Fine.

(Taylor's POV)

I left the kitchen and went back to the living feeling a little frustrated.

Taylor's mind-Damn, I wanted to help make food for (Y/N) to see what he thinks about my cooking, but maybe another time.

((Y/N)'s POV)

We were all playing minecraft on survival mode for a while now and right now we were still building a huge house and Alice was actually really good because she made things that saved us a lot of time. Jullie and Ashley wouldn't let me sit next to Alice though and they even made me sit on the bed at the opposite side of the room and in the game they would kill Alice at random, but she didn't really care. After a long time of playing the door opened and Hannah came in.

Hannah-Alright dinners ready, come on.

We all left the room and went out to the dinning room where everyone else was, but there wasn't enough chairs so I don't know where the others were sitting. I sat between Jullie and Ashley at the table then Brittney, and Hannah came out holding plates of food and put them in the middle of the table and everything just looked so good.

Brittney made plate for Jullie, Ashley and I and when she was done she gave each of us a kiss on the head.

Brittney-Enjoy your birthday dinner kitten.~

(Y/N)-Thank you mommy.

Everyone else made their plates and I was just about to eat my food, but Jullie grabbed my arm before I could grab a rib.

Jullie-No kitten, we're gonna feed you still and I get the first turn.

She let go of my arm then grabbed a rib for me and Alice and her family watched as Jullie fed me my rib and I felt my face get warmer from embarrassment. I just closed my eyes to try and pretend they weren't here to see this, but then I heard giggles which made my face even warmer with each bit now.

(Mya's POV)

(Y/N) looked so cute when he was flustered and I tried not to laugh when he tightly closed his eyes, but my family and I still let out a few giggles. All the seats were taken by the nekos so we had to eat out in the living room and I can tell we were allowed to stay, but we were welcome to. We sat out in the front room and I gotta hand it to Brittney she's just as good as cooking as my mom was and that's saying a lot, but that's only because my douchebag dad made her cook food or we get cut off from getting anymore money for more food, bills or getting some other stuff we want.

Alice-Wow mommy she's just as good as cooking as you.

Taylor-So what do you girls think of them?

Alice-(Y/N)'s really nice, but his sisters are kinda mean.

Mya-Yeah, his family doesn't really like us.

Tiffany-(Y/N) also doesn't act like a brat like most kids do.

Taylor-And that nickname they call, they literally feed him, and I would be lying if I said that he didn't look cute when he was being fed.

Alice-I think shyness is cute and he just looks so innocent.

Tiffany-And compared to dad, (Y/N)'s leagues ahead of him.

Mya-Wondered what happened to him?

We kept on talking until we were done eating then (Y/N) came in.

(Y/N)-W-W-We're about t-t-to have c-cake.

Mya's mind-Oh my god, even his stuttering is cute.~

We took our plates with us and put them in the kitchen sink before we joined the others to sing happy birthday and Brittney came in with an ice cream cake and set on the table.

She put some candles on the cake and lit them and we all started to sing happy birthday and during the song I could see the blush on (Y/N)'s face in the dimness of the candle lit. He's so cute and it was hard to believe how much I like him in such a short time. After the song was over Jullie, Ashley, and (Y/N) blew out the candles at the same time then (Y/N accidently inhaled some of the smoke and he looked like he was about to sneeze while covering his nose with his shirt.

My family and I were taken back at this.

Mya's mind-Is everything about this kid cute?

(Taylor's POV)

I just can't believe a boy so cute and innocent just move next door even if that means other side of the mountain, but who cares. Alice just giggled which made (Y/N) blush even more then Brittney cut up the cake and she gave 3 big pieces to the birthday boy and girls then she gave the rest of us smaller piece and while she gave my daughters and I our slices she gave us a look and normally I would've said something, but I didn't want to disturb (Y/N). We all ate our slices of ice cream cake and I have to say, it was good.

Jullie-Thanks for the cake mommy.

(Y/N)-Th-Thanks mommy.

Ashley-Did you make it?

Brittney-Well of course I did, anything for my girls and kitten.

We all ate our slices of cake then afterwards we put our dishes in the sink, but before we could move on to presents...

Brittney-Hey, it's getting late, should you start heading home?

Hannah-Yeah, it could be dangerous to walk on a mountain late at night.

I could tell they wanted us gone now and if I was gonna be smart right now the path is safe and it's not like there's mountain lions in these parts, but i'll just go along with it and not make a scene.

Taylor-Alright girls let's head home.

They didn't too happy when I say that and I don't blame them because I wanted to stay a little longer to be around (Y/N), but something tells me this won't be the last we see him. We went outside and Brittney closed the door and it was just silence on the way way home so I had time to think to myself.
