You can look them up as much as you want there’s nothing to spoil you’ve seen as much of them as manga readers. Although you might get spoiled by unrelated stuff if you search for them. This was shown in the ending to episode 7 but this is the full group picture. I’m not 100% happy with how the characters are drawn in the new anime even if it’s pretty good overall. And for cour 2 you can watch that opening immediately there aren’t any spoilers in it.

Like Ichigo being a Quincy was apperantly the plan all the way from the beginning. It is even foreshadowed by Ichigo's first bed sheets being the Quincy cross 😳 Others are just something he figures out as he goes along. He has said that he often has ideas for specific dialogue he wants to write or events he wants to happen and then he works backwards and figures out how the story can get to that point naturally.

But they decided not to say anything, choosing to respect their former captain's decision. So Histugaya said something like "I'm glad the Substitue Soul Reaper after Ginjo is him (Ichigo) " in episode 365. Not only because of his trust in Ichigo, but also because he is grateful that Ichigo is the child of Isshin.
