We are back with the second episode in our Star Trek: TOS - The Menagerie two-parter. This was a great conclusion to Pike's story. It was the sendoff his character deserves.

hahahaha true! Spock was very un-Spock like! To be fair, it reminded me of the Spock in Discovery! He had a similar scene in season 3. 😉

I keep forgetting that Roddenberry ingeniously manipulates the plot of The Cage in order to give Captain Pike a 'happy ever after' resolution,which is charming. What about Spock,though? Is no-one going to address the fact that he disobeyed orders AND assaulted a member of Starfleet..?
