Added 2021-11-26 02:40:58 +0000 UTCThe emotional whiplash that I've seen other gamers go through is an interesting phenomenon. I guess it's like eating spicy food in a way; enjoying something that causes you some form of pain or discomfort seems to be one of those common paradoxes of life.
I had a friend who'd yell and shout at the screen while playing games, and it always seemed like he wasn't having any fun with it, but he'd play for several hours at a time.
