2021-11-17 07:23:13 +0000 UTCIf you want to be confused, there's Primer. I'm not too keen on it. Bill and Ted for fun comedy. Terminator, obviously. Midnight in Paris is romantic and surreal. Edge of Tomorrow is a solid modern sci-fi action film. Groundhog Day is a comedy classic. Twelve Monkies is bizarre but engaging.

2021-11-08 16:50:06 +0000 UTC"Planet Of The Apes" (1968) and the comedy "Sleeper" (1972) are about people who wake up and find themselves in the future. Does that count? Those would probably be my first choice if they do! And of course "The Time Machine", obviously, that's classic sci-fi from the early 60s. "Time After Time" isn't bad, Jack The Ripper escapes to the modern day.....though I haven't seen it in decades, don't know how it holds up. "Time Bandits" is like a kids' fantasy time travel movie, really fun.
