Compatibility:
This has been tested to be working with (but does not require) GTW, OR, Get Together, Dine Out, City Life, Vampires, Parenthood, Cats & Dogs, Jungle Adventures, Seasons, Get Famous, Strangeville, Island Living, Realm of Magic, Discover University, Eco Living, Journey to Batuu, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, Werewolves, High School Years, Growing Together, Horse Ranch, For Rent, and the patch released April 16, 2024 - PC: 1.106.148.1030 / Mac: 1.106.148.1230. It will also work with anything after that Sims 4 update unless otherwise specified on Tumblr/Patreon posts I make after the update. Earlier Sims 4 versions may not be compatible, so we often do not support anything below the specified version here!
The legacy version of Sims 4 will now, and forever, use MCCC version 6.6.0, which can be found here in Patreon on an earlier post and on my website.

Just for a little bit more detail, cause that huge TLDR above wasn't enough, LOL! Leggings and socks are in that grey area. Usually, they should be part of the outfit. I agree with that. But EA does separate them as accessories and that's what is causing the issue here. There's a lot of code that MC Dresser uses that treats accessories separately from main-outfit parts. To handle socks and leggings differently, I'd have to hard-code some exceptions in copy/paste just for them. Not saying it's impossible I would do so (it actually really bugs me also that they're not copied/pasted now), but I have to weigh the number of people that would want them always included versus those that would not and would have to handle cleaning them separately.

2024-04-05 14:32:32 +0000 UTCYeah, it would make sense to me that they are not copied, since they are accessories. There is a separate command for copying accessories between outfits (MCCC > MC Dresser > Copy Accessories). Rather than always copying them and making people who don't want them copied to manually remove them from the outfits, it is far easier, in my opinion, to have users that DO want them copied to just click copy the accessories from the source Sim and paste those to the target Sim as well, as desired. I did not consciously make the change you're talking about, but I did make a change (and it's in the change log) to not copy hair when copying outfits, because again there is a separate command for that and not everyone wants to copy the hair when they copy an outfit from another Sim...most don't. When I made this change, it is possible that the accessories got updated as well. However, even though I didn't necessarily intend that inclusion, it makes as much sense to me as the hair change did for the same reasons. Things that have their own commands for copy/pasting shouldn't be included in the other copy types... You could try the MC Dresser console commands for copying/pasting and see if it does more of what you want, but I have no plans to change the functionality to work like it did before because I believe it causes more inconveniences for more people than it provides the functionality they're wanting. 2024-04-05 14:16:29 +0000 UTCI have noticed with this version that when copying outfits in MCDresser, accessories like leggings, socks, etc. are not copied. Whereas they always have been in previous versions. I don't know if this was intentional or bug. But I'm not a big fan. The game also calls these items accessories, but MCCC never treated them that way for this purpose. Only items like glasses, etc. And they aren't copied as accessories anyway. It simply doesn't copy and paste them at all. I'm currently running 2024.1.0 because it does this properly.

2024-03-23 00:13:34 +0000 UTCThe functionality already prefers Sims that are "significant other" sims, which includes "Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Engaged". If a Sim is selected to get married by the random process, that's the first thing that it checks. If a significant other Sim exists and is valid based on the player's marriage settings, then that Sim will be who is chosen as a partner for marriage. If this isn't happening with you, then something in your settings is not allowing it to happen and marking the significant other as not available to be married. Then a random Sim will be selected instead. Either that or they are not being returned by EA's functionality as a significant other, which should be something easily reproducible by anyone, if that is the case. To me, adding the setting you're requesting wouldn't do anything. If your Sims were valid to be married and engaged, they would already be married. If I added a setting that only allowed engaged Sims to be married, in your world, no Sims would ever get married because of the issue you're already having. I like the random marriage setting see random single sims getting married, but I'm tired of sim A who engaged to sim B marring sim D or sim E.

2024-03-18 18:03:18 +0000 UTCYou are correct. The package file IS 2023 because package files only contain the strings used by the mod. No new strings have been added to MC Woohoo since 2023. As such, no package file update is needed. That does not generate any errors. Having the mod itself out-of-date does. This is not a problem with the version of MC Woohoo on the website or anywhere you can download it from. It is something isolated to your installation or configuration so you should go to support if you need help with that.

Best thing to do is go to one of the support Discord channels I provide in the release posts and upload your LE file indicated in the error notification in the game there so they can help analyze it.
