Setting for random acts of chaos. The lot catches on fire. All Sims freeze. All Sims fall asleep. Everything breaks at once. Maybe a plague where all needs plummet for a period of time increasing the chances of death.
Add an alarm system for setting alarms and displaying a dialog when it happens.

Research adding a class-type trait to Sim households that would affect all Sims in the household. Marriage and Pregnancy could be set to only marry within class if desired to ensure that certain groups of Sims marry within each other.
Research whether a "Flag to Age" would be possible in games where players have aging turned off for all other Sims.
Consider adding a setting to filter-out Father Winter like we do Death so he doesn't show-up everywhere.
Research if it's possible to show a dialog with aspiration rewards to allow choosing more than one at a time.
Possible to change number of lot traits available?
No age by age group (set the no age attribute on the age trait).
Set what the starting funds are for each household. I have a feeling that the 20K is hard-coded on the UI side so active households created in CAS can't be changed but I think they can for random townies.
Career
Research to see if it's possible to freeze behavior characteristics of children Sims so when they go to school, a random "chance card" dialog that modifies their school performance doesn't also change their behavior in some way.
Research allowing teens to work at adult jobs. Seems like a tuning-mod type of feature, but I can look into it to see if that's the case.

Can we copy/paste outfits onto mannequins?

Add a setting to increase/decrease amount vampire thirst increases/decreases when feeding from any source.
Research adding an option that when vampires feed, they may drain some days off the target Sim's current agespan and add to their own (if they are not immortal)

Population
Add a setting to increase/decrease visitation frequency. This is pretty broken now in the core game so don't think there's anything I can do now. Also probably more of a tuning mod.
Q: Can we add a flag for a Sim so they don't spawn for random spawn reasons but only for their roles? Example, if a bartender is in a fishing role when the game needs them to be a bartender, it will instead generate another bartender. A: I doubt this is really easily possible from script. Sims being selected for random spawnings are based on filters which are tuning-file specific.
Add a setting to bypass ghosts from showing-up as valid for nightclub situations. They are not bypassed in the nightclub filters like they are everywhere in the older game. For example, the dancer role (128201 and 123749) allow ghosts to be selected.
Limit the ages for particular lot-types.
Allow setting the start/end of walkby timers. (probably more of a tuning mod).
Only allow Celebrities to move-into lots with the Celebrity Home trait. Concerned with the performance hit from this. May change the MC Population "can move in" so it can check aliens/vampires/celebrities or whatever and say a house is not valid for move. Also, what constitutes a Celebrity? They have different levels of fame and are still celebrities.
Look at adding a setting to move single Sims into homeless households rather than into other lots.
Pregnancy
Add a story progression event to run regularly to check for pregnancies/marriages rather than on certain nights. If this works, I'll see about changing other scheduled processes as well to maybe run as story progression events. Can actually set it up as a story progression object that still runs on the scheduled nights for now, but switching it over will get rid of the need for a separate alarm.
Q: Is it possible to make it so a human and ghost can woohoo and get pregnant? If not a female ghost having a human baby, a male ghost and human female having a female baby? (Also for reaper?)
Research adding Pause indefinitely to Pregnancy_PauseOnPlayableLabor.
Research adding a dowry system
Research having multiple births % option. so we could set the probability that we have multiple births rather than just picking the maximum offspring.
Research separating the maximum offspring count between active Sims and NPC into separate settings.
Rather than male and female offspring genders, would it be possible to have percentages for each gender?
Research adding a setting to make morning sickness happen more or less often.
Relationship
Add a setting for auto-ask to leave spouse/leave spouse/break-up. Since this is only really going to affect active Sims, I don't know how much anyone would actually use it. It's pretty disruptive to active households for a small random chance for it to happen.
Auto-introduce to all co-workers. In Relationship_commands, the introduce_all_sims method can probably be changed to do this. Also be nice to have an option to not be acquainted with them automatically.
Relationships only get increased with relatives that live in the same house when a baby is born. Can grandparents/cousins/etc. that don't live in the same house as the baby also get 25-50% relationships added? Most likely, this will need to be changed by EA in core code.

Update the university rate change flag to be possible on children and teens as there are mods that make that possible.

Woohoo
Allow Sims to charge for Woohoo if they have a high-enough skill maybe. Not sure if I have the interaction tuning for this. There was a similar interaction with Twallan's mod where you would register as a Kama Sutra professional and charge. If it is built-into Woohoo, it would probably be simple to do but if it requires a new interaction, probably less so. As an alternative, I may be able to create an active career that is romance/Woohoo based (An Escort-type career).
Nude Woohoo with a baby in the room aborts but works with Nude Woohoo disabled. This is standard functionality in the core game...maybe I can disable it but it will take a lot of research to find.
Research the loot action relationship penalty received by jealousy actions currently. If they are at a high level, rather than on/off, can we set the jealousy setting so there is an on/off/lower-relationship penalty option by changing the loot action to use a different level penalty?
Sims with max woohoo skill can "have the talk" with teen offspring and give them increased Woohoo Skill progression. If they get embarrassed, then it gives none.
