September 19th to 25th Schedule

All right, it’s yet again time for me to do a mini postmortem and set up my new expectations to wreck during the coming days.

Last week I was uncharacteristically realistic, in that I only failed at (yet again) writing Yui’s Lily Garden. There are extenuating circumstances explaining my delays, but most of them amount to “something failed at the start and then everything spiraled out of control.” I’d like to say “lesson learned,” but it’s clear this is something I’ll keep struggling with for a while.

Speaking of struggles, let’s see which ones I’m willing to take upon this coming week:

- Monday: I meant for the latest Puella Mostrum to be finished today, but I think it may need some more polish than what I can give it in the next few hours before dropping unconscious.

- Tuesday: It’s likely to be a double release. Puella Monstrum will be done by morning, and Wake-up Call has, for once, been actually planned. It should be short and sweet—and involve plenty of brawling Gauls.

- Wednesday: I’ll either finish anything I couldn’t finish Tuesday, or work on the couple of long chapters planned for the rest of the week. For once, I’ll leave it to my inspiration (or lack thereof).

- Thursday: All Right! Fine! I’ll Take you! This will be at least the start of, and possibly the entire dinner with Hachiman’s parents. I’m a bit hesitant on whether or not to return to Hachiman’s perspective for this one. On the one hand, it seems this scene is his, on the other, it may be interesting to see Iroha’s reaction to his home life.

- Friday: Either A Pure Knight’s Natural Enemy, or Yui’s Lily Garden, depending on what I finally do on Wednesday. I’m open to suggestions on Kazuma’s latest exploration of his Orcish heritage.

- Saturday: Wordsworth. I’m pretty sure about what Emma will do this time around. Also, this month’s polls shall be open (with possibly a few changes to let me properly prepare for the Hallowe'en Special Extravaganza).

- Sunday: Either die, sleep, or the one thing I don’t publish on Friday. More realistically, the one thing I was supposedto publish on Friday.

And, well, that should be it. Hopefully, this time around I won’t let too many of you down. I mean, it’s not like almost every single one of you wants me to write as much Konosuba as humanly possible and will clamor for my blood when I fail to deliver…

(Please don’t clamor for my blood. I’m told it’s a very unhygienic thing to do.)
