September 6th to 11th Shedule and Poll Winners

Now we return to our regularly scheduled program!

Except not quite, because I’m a moron.

Seriously, everyone, I apologize for the mess over the past couple of weeks. I’d like to say it won’t happen again, but I don’t know what’s going on anymore, as now there’s also work being done on the train tracks near my home at night, so sleeping is becoming a very weird proposition. If it doesn’t get any better in the next few days, I may have to move in with my parents for a while.

Still, this is what I intend to do now:

- Tuesday: Wake-up Call.

- Wednesday: Puella Monstrum Madoka Moecha.

- Thursday: All Right! Fine! I’ll Take You!

- Friday: Start working on Wordsworth. This one is the most likely to be affected by the ongoing mess, as looking for the right word is what’s taking me inordinately long nowadays, and Wordsworth doesn’t make much sense if I’m not leaning hard on purple prose, so I’m giving myself until the end of the week to finish the chapter. If I do it sooner, then I’ll try to work on Yui’s Lily Garden.

And now, here are the poll winners for August:

- On the Plot Bunnies Poll, Tales from a Lewd Fantasy World won, which makes me honestly happy. I hope the latest chapter wasn’t the utter mess I felt it was (I’ll likely do a rewrite when my head’s clearer, but I could not see any way to improve it yesterday), and I’ll try to have a discussion with you all about the future of the story.

- On the 3k Extra Poll, Of Sisters and Shadows won, which means we’ll finally get an update to the story this month (we’d gotten one anyway, seeing as Xalgeon is currently contributing 4k words per month, but he used them on April 17th to cover Dick’s and Barbara’s part).

Again, I apologize for my lacking contributions over the past few days. If it’s any consolation, I don’t know whether the tic I’ve developed in my left eye is due to lack of sleep or sheer guilt (I just hope it goes away soon, because the damn thing is annoying). Anyway, this has been your regularly scheduled oversharing post by yours truly; now, back to the writing cave!
