How do you see then 2nd,3rd etc up to the 6th period ? what are the criterias ? do you see them on chart ? what time frame do you use and what indicators ....

I don't understand how do you see or check if they are more buyers than sellers at a given time and how you actually cross-reference this with the market makers : How do you follow them ? the one you mentionned : blue sky capital ; Karion labs ; wintermute ; jane street?
Are you going to their websites ? how to check liquidiy ?
