Installation Guide:
1: Unzip the folder using winrar
2: Drop the folder titled "800813" directly into your dlc folder.
3: Drop "Steam api" and "3D GAME" directly into your game directory click replace files when prompted.
4: Make sure you have some form of DLC installed for last round.
5: Open 3D GAME with notepad, scroll down to where it says e.g. " DLC=001 " make sure one of the DLC's equals 800813.
6. Launch the game and scroll through the costumes to use the mod.

i figured out about the lenguage but all my content is locked (story and i only have kasumi and ayane for play) how can i fix this?
