Hello! I'm currently with some slots available for world comission! Slots are opened from time to time with at least one time a month. Take a look below in what you need to start your world project with me today:

• Image references of your idea and stlye (it can be AI generated)
• Detailed description so the development can run faster and smoothly
• Choose your style: Chill alone, party or play with friends
• Choose size: House, Bedroom, Loft or Apartment (Slightly bigger than Loft and includes an extra room).
• Choose your preference: Optimization, Realism or Balanced
• Choose your compatibility: PCVR Only or PCVR & Quest/Android Versions

Price and term information

Prices can vary depending on size, complexity, rush and style, take a look below to calculate a base price (this do not determine the final price that I'll give on the negotiation, it can be more or less, here it's just a public reference!)

World size:

1. Bedroom: $15 and 7 days
2. Loft: $25 and 9 days
3. Apartment: $30 and 10 days
4. House: $40 and 15 days

Versions:

1. PCVR: No additional cost and time
2. PCVR & Quest/Android Versions: $5 and 12 hours

Assets:

1. Your assets: No additional cost and time
2. Premium Assets: $5 and no additional time
3. Modeled from Scratch Assets: $5-15 dollars each and 1-3 days each
4. My Assets: No additional cost and time

Realism:

1. Normal: No additional cost and time
2. Ultra Realistic: $5 and 1 day

Extras:

1. Extra Room: $10 and 2 days
2. Extra Bathroom: $5 and 1 day
3. Future Updates: $15 for each update, extended time is relative in this case

How is the creation process?

1. You send me all the provided information via Discord (Usually this response process takes 24h)
2. World Productions Starts (The term begins to count here)
3. You get updated about how it's going with images in-game and on Unity Engine
4. You approve the result and make the payment (if it's not already done)
5. You get all your files and the complete project via cloud storage link

Terms of Service (TOS)

Please read carefully what you can't do after purchasing this VRChat World:

1. You can't publish or use this map beside the VRChat and Chillout VR purpose
2. You can't remove the credits from the assets folder in any circunstance
3. You can't use it for any AI purpose
4. You can't resell or use this files for any commercial purpose
5. You can't use any of the files on another project (unless the assets from the Decoration - Licensed Assets folder, also you need to credit the author if you use then).
