I'll go ahead and repeat what I said on youtube here. I think Locking on would feel nicer if the camera adjusted based on how big the enemy is. Smaller enemies it'd zoom in, big enemies it'd zoom out. I think that would help make combat feel more involved. For some reason, I feel that the charge abilities/ attacks would be more distinctive if he used his left hand for them. It'd indicate that his left arm isn't just some fancy tattoo. There is a game you could check out for ideas when it comes to monster combat, Folklore has some interesting ideas for how a player uses monsters.

2025-10-28 23:19:54 +0000 UTCI definitely want to have some sort of unique but intuitive health bar and I do like the ideas I came up with for it before but I think I jumped the gun on trying to worry about them right now, it will return before the real demo in the future
