We're planning a really COOL stream

Hey guys! So we’re planning to do another liquid nitrogen stream, but instead of Dippin Dots, we’re gonna try making instant ice cream! By pouring liquid nitrogen straight into ice cream ingredients and constantly stirring, you can actually turn those ingredients into ice cream pretty much immediately, and it’s supposed to actually be creamier than normal ice cream because the ice crystals for instantly, making them smaller.

We actually made the drive to one of the few places we could find that actually makes/sells liquid nitrogen ice cream… but it wasn’t AS good as we were hoping, so I hope we can do better!

I’m choosing flavors (mwahahaha!) and I’m not sure why Evan agreed to that because he KNOWS I’m gonna throw in some cursed ones. I have a handful of ideas written down (good ones and cursed ones) but if you have any special requests, feel free to submit them in the comments because I haven’t bought ingredients yet so there’s time to make additions!
