Yep, we’re doing a collab with Safiya Nygaard!

If you didn’t see the post on social media, we wanted to share here too and give some more details! Now the main reason we’re here is still a bit hush hush, all we can say is it’s their BIG final project of the year and we are building some stuff to make it happen :) The video will be out toward the end of this month so y’all will see it soon! But one thing we CAN share details on is the video we’re doing together for our channel!

We couldn’t visit and NOT bring resin, so of course it’s a resin project. And if y’all know Safiya’s videos, you may know she does a lot of “bad makeup science” as she calls it, which often involves mixing and melting makeup together. So we thought, how do we combine makeup and resin… let’s try mixing makeup INTO resin and see what happens! Does it color it weirdly? Will it cure? Will it cause a weird reaction?

We will be testing melted lipstick, eyeshadow, highlighter, eye glitter, nail polish, foundation, a color hair spray (not technically makeup but it seemed fun), and her very own Franken Lip Gloss from when she mixed together every lip gloss from Sephora. Then we’ll mix together a bit of every makeup type together and do a final pour with that!

We’ve been having a lot of fun visiting and working on these projects (both ours and theirs) and we can’t wait to share more details later!
