I definitely feel u on the size aspect. Even as a viewer, the space doesn’t feel even as big as what u will eventually need. I wonder if eventually, u will find yourself having to just try and find a property that has a place you could build a huge big workshop like ur talking about.

I hope you have had time to create a restful regeneration spot for yourselves. The house is going to be amazing knowing how much thought and work you'll put into it. The iterations are only to make things better. Watching Adam Savage fine tune his workshop during quarantine has been really interesting and educational.
