I know it's been awhile since you've been on here, but I'm guessing you increase the weights and rerun the program again?

Hey Zack, what program do you recommend we run after week 8?

On the strict press, are we using a percentage (80% for example) of the 3rm of the previous week, or calculating a 1rm from the 3rm and then basing percentages off of that?
