Great program. On the last week currently and feeling very strong. Would you recommend maxing FS and BS the week after finishing? If so, should I just keep the same structure as this program and lower the reps? Thank you so much!

On week 5 day one 3 sec pause “half way”. Does that just mean paused half squat?
