6 Week - Strength and Peaking Phase

One of the best squat cycle's I have come up with is in this program. 90% of my lifters have PR'd their squat within these 6 weeks.

I finished week 3 now. The program say in this week „find 5 rm“ and I PR‘d from 147,5kg to 155kg in 3 weeks. Now I can adjust my Max from 170->178.. such a good program and i still have 3 weeks to go!

Pulls should be based on the parent movement from what I understand. I.E Your clean pull % should be based on your clean. To quote Gabriel Sincraian, unless your'e deadlifting - clean pulls shouldn't really be done much above 20KG over your best clean to avoid killing your speed.

If anyone can answer, the clean pulls are told to do at a certain percentage, which lift is that in reference to? Would it be either a max clean pull, or just our max clean?
