How to Start, Grow, and Monetize a YouTube Channel
Added 2019-05-09 18:30:44 +0000 UTCHi everyone!! Just wanted to share an early draft of our YouTube guide with you. It's a bit rough since it is a mashup of our notes from a few different intended purposes (YouTube video, podcast, and talks we've given).
It's also 14 pages in outline form :P
We've gone back and forth on how to make this advice available to people and what form it should take and I think we've settled on our Podcast. Just one realllly long episode haha.
I know that some meat is missing without the examples we'll fill in during the podcast but if you're interested in the topic, let us know if anything is confusing or missing!
We're also hoping to release the episode early to you guys so that if we miss anything there is a chance you can point it out and we can add that into the final version :)

Thank you! Glad you liked that bit. I think there's a lot of pressure to be like other personality based channels if you're gonna put your personality into it, but we definitely think just being yourself is best ππ -K

We've done talks at events on similar stuff so that helps us a bit, but doing it as a podcast is totally different because it needs to be a conversation, not a presentation. Anyway, it'll be interesting to figure it out! -K
