Certainly worth watching the other seasons of The Clone Wars! It would provide you with a lot more background info.

I would suggest watching S7 of Clone Wars first to see if the style of it is in your preference. You also get some of the best SW action in that season along with more of the Bad Batch teaming with Jedi. Is a win for you.

Glad you gave it a shot! This show picked up right after the clone wars. We were introduced to the bad batch in the last season of the clone wars. Definitely would recommend watching the clone wars at some point. Looking forward to more reactions to this!!
