And yeah the "ß" is called "sz" - like how you pronouce the letters "s" and "z". And there's no capital letter to it, just this one. the Ä/ä is pronounced like "uhh" in English if you think loud about sth.. The Ü/ü is similar to the Japanese "u". and the Ö/ö is also pronounced like if you think loud about sth or if you say "sir" long and slowly then you get this sound. the ö sound is more common in French( all words with "oeu" syllable) than in English xD
