Added 2020-11-07 01:51:09 +0000 UTCAnybody here watch the anime 'Haikyuu'? I found that there's a really nice piece of music in one of the songs from the OST. I decided to transcribe it for the purposes of analysis.
Main points of interest 1) The Bb chord harmonizes with a #11 tension, 2) really interesting octave displacement in combination with stepwise ideas. 3) lots of 5ths / 4ths which are centred around the tonic.
