Changes to posting on Patreon
Added 2016-07-06 18:02:49 +0000 UTCGonna be making some changes here on how I post things in the future. The reason is because I still have leeches that sign up with bogus accounts. I feel these people are not so much stealing from me, but are in fact stealing from you, the patrons that so generously give me their support each month.
I had hoped that Patreon was going to implement a plan to keep these leeches at bay, but nothing has materialized as of yet. So I have decided, to start using Patreon as a pay wall. I really hate to do this but I feel it the best protection for your investment in me.
I will still be making individual posts, however those post will be censored, and then after that months pledges have completed I will send a link .zip file that you may download all of that months works.
I do think this is the best thing to do moving forward.

That sounds great, but it is only for collection with monthly drives and I do it by post. The reason I don't do monthly is that this is my hobby and I do have a full time job outside of this. This way if anything happens and I don't produce that month, no one is charged for my lack of output.

2016-07-06 22:36:09 +0000 UTCHave to say I agree with this completely. Getting new patrons is really nice, but when they make a pledge and then don't complete it, it feels like you're being lied to. I am thinking about doing this to my own Patreon as well.
