Jacqueline Josephine Marie La Lafayette is a 19 year old horned lizard born and raised in bayou country. She is the youngest of 6 children. Born with a type of dwarfism, her parents feared she would not do well in the in society life of the bayou where a women is valued on her physical attributes. While her sisters were learning the art of landing a man for marriage, Jacqueline (Jack for short) was out with her father and brothers learning the family business of raising and harvesting the creatures of the bayou for food and profit. In the swamps Jack took a key interest in plants and biology and is now making it her focus of study at the California State University. Fun facts: It was her father that shortened her name to Jack to make her feel like one of the guys. Jack is just a hair over 4' 2" tall, but she tells everyone it is 4' 4" "Cause' it isn't like any actually carry a yard stick on em' " Jack is a reptile and is cold blooded. Also her species a egg layers, laying up to three eggs a month.
