Also I must have missed him on the boat in the beginning, because I wasn't sure I had the right movie since Nic Cage didn't show up (for me) until forty minutes in. This movie was a nonsensical snoozefest only made entertaining when Cage was on screen. Props to the guys for doing this for a living.

2025-12-02 11:08:41 +0000 UTCTowards the end, when Thomas started freaking out about everything being jujitsu-- Back when I took jujitsu, one of our instructors, a guy who looked exactly like Harvey Keitel but sounded like he was from one of the Da Bears SNL skits, once told us, "Everything is jujitsu. If you jump in a truck, scream 'jujitsu!' and run someone down, it counts."
