2025-07-06 13:06:16 +0000 UTCPossibly one part that and one part guys who just won't admit they had gay feelings. Like, I'm positive that the idea of "choosing to be gay" came from a man who was naturally gay or bisexual, but was too homophobic towards himself because of religion to admit it.

2025-07-05 01:53:53 +0000 UTCI honestly think when the bigots talk about the “phase of boyhood where you ‘really like other boys’” they’re really just talking about being a normal child before the homophobia and toxic masculinity sinks its clutches in. Like, a little boy will naturally hug his male friends like friends do, before his dad smacks him upside the head, calls him a slur, and tells him “huggin boys is for slurs”, or is called that by a peer child who learned it from his dad or whatever. And then the bigot dads think it’s the boy loving phase because they’re dumb and have no self awareness

2025-07-01 02:14:20 +0000 UTCIt’s kind of interesting that this film from 1993 included hate against trans people because modern queer phobes like to pretend there was no public awareness of trans people before about 2015. Obviously they were aware of them enough to attack them back then to include them in their bigoted propaganda.
