There was a massive clue on The Serene Squall that we see before Dr. Aspen reveals herself as Captain Angel. Remy's (the bearded Orion) desk had the Vulcan game of Kal-Toh sitting on it. We saw that game several times on "Star Trek: Voyager" with Tuvok playing it in the mess hall with other crew members.
