Warm palette

I read many comments about a boring and fun palette.
This feeling can vary depending on different moods and emotions, at a given time.
Recently I was inspired to paint this character (Old Grim) using only warm colours, except one to contrast them : and that is this light cold grey. This grey is not really that cold but in comparison with the other tonal values on this work it creates a stronger contrast even if it wouldn't give out that feeling on it's own.
I found this little project really refreshing and fun. As I filmed the process of painting this character, I will talk and show more about it in future tutorial.
