Not sure if anyone ever mentioned it to you, but the song that plays in this episode at the end as Rick's being taken out in the helicopter, is the same song that played when he was stuck in the tank at the end of the pilot episode. Love that call back to the beginning. I love how music helps tell stories for us.

Greg Nicotero said that he was able to show Scott the finished product before he passed. I’m glad Scott got to see this before he went. I got to meet Scott and shake his hand years ago. Back in like 2016 or 2017. He was making an appearance somewhere in Senoia, GA to sign for fans. He walked up to the building and I was standing out front and I reached out my hand to shake his, and he did. I told him it was nice to meet him. He smiled. He was a genuinely nice dude. 😔

Even though we knew something about Rick we was still in shock that Rick was in danger the suspense was killing us
