It's called 24 Redemption and it is important to the plot of season 7. For example, they will refer in season 7 to things from the movie, expecting the viewers to know them, and it is important. If you can, and want. It is a very good movie, exactly what you would expect from 24. Sadly, it is only available on purchase from amazon prime, in UK, but maybe you can also find it somewhere else.
