Great opening episode. The send off they gave Polly and the respect for Helen McRory was so beautiful in the opening. She indeed was Tommy's crutch. To answer a few of your queries with no spoilers, Tikna Mora O'Beng is gypsy Romany for Devil death daughter, there is no real translation but those words were enough to scare Tommy. The writer of the series said he intended to keep Polly very much in the series by having her voice reminding Tommy of her season 5 words one of you will die and which one i do not know. Arthur without Polly has just gone heavily into injecting drugs. Ada feels like she has to hold it all together and be a replacement Polly which will be a tall order. It is a very dark sombre season and is a part 2 to season 5 on the the journey to the redemption of Tommy Shelby.
