BLENDER VERSION: 4.4 (it should work well in 4.3 or 4.2, any lower versions might show bugs)
I didn't aimed for this model to be the most detailed, more like, the easiest to work with and render. It should work and render in any low end PC without issues and also, be easy to work with at most skill levels.

Some small recommendations:
Cycles: You need to have the Transparency bounces higher than 64 for the hair to work without issues
(Didn't test in eevee that much, but it should work without issues too)
The "USA Bikini outfit" only works if you activate the "Voluptuous" shape key! (Her game clothes have automatic drivers that make them fit if you activate the voluptuous shape key too, in case you need her to look thicc :P)
