2021-12-07 03:04:57 +0000 UTCI remember we had to wait a full year until season 5 aired. During much of that time, there was worry about whether CBS would cancel or renew it. From what I’ve read, CBS was against serialization of the show since they tend to prefer procedurals for their main demographic. Very glad the show runners pushed back and got to touch on the ideas they’ve always wanted for the show. If CBS got their way, the show would have never reached this greatness.
