Person of Interest 4x20 Full Length + REACTION

Terra Incognita- This is an absolutely phenomenal episode! I love it! I love how different this episode is to all the rest, and I absolutely seeing Carter again, as she appears to John inside of his mind to help him fight to survive long enough for one of their friends to find him. The emotion throughout this episode brought about between Reese and Carter is beautiful. Seeing Reese break down upon coming to an understanding through his vision of Carter that he has never allowed himself to open up to anyone, including her, is heartbreaking. And I love every moment of this episode. From simply seeing how it's shot as it goes in and out between Reese's conversation with his vision of Carter as he's slowly dying, to the real time events showing Reese's investigation of Carter's old case leading to a rocky resolution, that match the past events with Carter investigating the deaths of the kid's family. I love Reese's entire conversation with Carter about Jessica and about the night they first met, including how Reese had been comtemplating comitting suicide that very night were it not for her and Finch saving him. And I love seeing how Carter keeps him alive after he's been shot and is struggling to keep himself from dying. I love Carter's struggle to make Reese understand that he needs to stop shutting everyone out and that he needs to open up with those closest to him, because he's not alone. Just like Reese always assured Carter that she was never alone. I really appreciate seeing this side of Reese, and seeing just how much Carter, as well as Jessica too, really and truly meant to him. It's all so beautiful. And lastly... I suspect that it was most likely Fusco who arrives in the end in search of Reese upon putting together where his partner most likely would have gone, with a little bit of Finch's help too. And I can only hope that it would have been in time for him to not only save Reese, but for them to also help save the young man who had been forced to take the pills by his psycho half brother. The guy had told him that he might have had about eight hours to live, so maybe Fusco might have arrived in time to save him too. Eight hours is a lot of time for someone who swallowed as many pills as he had been forced to swallow, but it is possible he might have survived too. I can only hope so, because this kid certainly didn't deserve to die, least of all like this. Thank you so much for your reaction to this episode, Greywolf! I am so happy you really loved it so much!
