I really like this one. It's Skinner-centered and unusual, and also features the reappearance of the two "men in black" who threatened Skinner in "Piper Maru" about further pursuing the case of Melissa Scully's death. It should also be obvious that the old woman - Skinner's protector - gave a message to him through his wife at the hospital, which is how he knew he should be at that hotel.
