Computer problems
Added 2020-11-25 02:34:11 +0000 UTCBad news, everyone. I think my computer finally bit the dust. I’ve been trying to get it working all day and I think it may be a lost cause. I’m not sure what this means for making new pics at the moment as almost all of my work is created digitally. I will try to keep you updated on developments, but you shouldn’t expect the usual updates for a bit (unless a miracle happens and I can get my computer up and running again).
Update 1: It has been suggested to me that I link my Ko-Fi for those who may be interested in chipping in to the New Computer Fund. It's totally not expected of anyone, but for those who wish to, you can donate at ko-fi.com/karmagik
Update 2: I did get my computer to boot up today, but I think its on its last legs. I'm going to try to keep working and chipping away at stuff as I can, but I won't be streaming, because that's more taxing on the computer. A new PC is definitely going to be on the way soon.
Update 3: The new PC has arrived. I've got pretty much everything set up. There's still a bit of adjusting and such to be done, but it's mainly good to go. Thank you to everyone who was generous enough to donate to my Ko-Fi and help offset some of the cost of the new computer!

Congrats on getting the new computer! The time between a piece of equipment borks out and when I get a replacement for it is almost invariably an intensely stressful period. Like- in one fell swoop, you lose access to both your professional tools *and* primary soothing activity. There's always an acclimation period to new tech- good luck and godspeed!
