What's going on? Gotta agree with Neets - Great song for a lobotomy. 😄 I loved the editing though. Just to explain what Jonas said, Will is one of a cluster of 8 sensates that Angelica gave birth to. Jonas is a sensate who is a part of a different cluster of sensates. Within their own cluster, they can naturally psychically visit and share experiences and skills with each other. Since Jonas is a Sensate who is outside of Will's cluster, the only way he can psychically visit is to first establish physical eye contact. We saw this at the mini-mart and during the Pride parade, so he is only able to psychically visit Will and Nomi at this point.
