Comic Update 026 - 7/5/2021

Hi hi 👽

Here's your comic update for July 2021:

1) The final pieces for the first print volume are almost done!

Daryl and I have been working the past month on new pages to flesh out Chapters 1-6 to prepare for the first BKI print volume AND THEY'RE ALMOST DONE!! 🤩 

(Expected completion is within the next week or so). 

The purpose of these pages is to help fill any plot holes/missing pieces and repair any confusing/hard-to-read parts in the story so far. I really enjoy them and think they add a lot of value to the story as a whole. After re-reading them with the original pages we have, I can say the story so far FEELS more cohesive, and fresh like spearmint gum 😋

I'll post the pages here for y'all to read when they're completed. Once this project is done I will start the kickstarter campaign for the print volume.

2) CHAPTER 7 UPDATE: I've created about 20 pages so far for the Chapter 7 script. I expect it'll be somewhere between 40-50 pages, depending on the storylines that are featured. We're going to see an arc for Jazmin, Mouse, Danny, Cora, and Anura 🥵 (with sprinkles of Norman and Cal/Bel and Liam in-between of course). Stay tuned!

NOTE FROM LAST UPDATE: Since Daryl and I are prioritizing the extra pages for the print of Volume 1, Chapter 7 likely won't start until early Fall of 2021. This is just an FYI so y'all are up to date on where we are at and what we're working on.
