Comic Update 007 - 11/1/19

Halloween is over and I'm sad :(

BUT also, Hey!

Big news and things! :) 

Here's your monthly update on all things comic and me-related:

First, for my OG Benevolent Demons, (most of) your shirts have been sent! I have a few I'm still working on (those with international shipping and some I had some address errors with), but I plan to have those up and sent ASAP so we can close the metaphorical book on that project and be done with the first round of Patron shirts. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out and message me on here or on Instagram!

Second, on the topic of BKI CHAPTER 3...Daryl and I are finishing up the cover art and should have that wrapped up in the next week or so. With the death of my grandmother, I was kinda blind-sided with family stuff and had to pause my progress on the completion of Chapter 3 and the Chapter 4 script. Daryl also had his own Patreon work to get done so we both decided to take a small break so we could both decompress. That being said, thank you so much for your patience and your continued support. The pages themselves are 100% complete, but I wanted to wait and post them when I had the entire chapter 100% completed together with the cover art.

Third, it's officially National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and I've started the full-blown writing process for the novel version of BKI! I'm kinda excited/scared cuz this will be the first large-scale test of my writing ability (and my resolve to complete an actual novel) xD but I'm ready and have all my goals n such written out. My plan is to tackle a certain number of words per day throughout the entire month, so hopefully by the end of November I'll have the first draft of the entire story! On that note, I already have the outline of where I want the story to go as well as the first 7-ish comic chapter scripts to go on, so I'm not too incredibly behind. I'll keep you guys updated each week on the progress of this and how it shapes out.

Fourth, with regards to the remaining content from my Halloween schedule last month, I still fully plan to complete all of that as this month goes on, but it will probably be randomly throughout the month that I'll post new short stories/sketches/other stuff. NaNoWriMo will be taking up a majority of my time and I don't want to overload myself on things. I still want to create new and exciting BKIEU content so stay tuned :)
