I use a Wacom Tablet instead of a mouse on my computer, and this is causing me grief when I want to download images from Patreon. If it's a PDF, I don't have a problem, but if it's a jpg or a png, it starts to do it and then just hang. I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing wrong. I'm hoping others might have suggestions to try.

(most patrons here are charged on the first day of every month) But you can cancel your subscription or switch to lower ones before your bill for renewal comes up again.

According to Patreon faq. Can I switch from annual to monthly? While you have an annual membership, you won’t be able to switch to a monthly membership. If you’d like to have a monthly membership, you can cancel the auto-renewal, and then rejoin the creator’s page with a monthly option after the year has passed. Canceling an annual membership Canceling will not affect your current membership term. After canceling, you’ll still be an active member and have access until your year of membership ends.

2024-04-30 14:14:34 +0000 UTCOh! Can you recall when you made your annual pledge? You might still be within that one-year period. Are you still getting charged monthly? I believe you should be able to switch tiers only after your annual pledge ends.
