Hello, I apologize for my absence from SAH for nearly a month. We were supposed to be back this week, but I had a lengthy discussion with Tapas, and it took us a while to come to this decision. It wasn’t an easy, but we've stopped the updates on Tapas to focus on production. We plan to complete at least half of the second season, which will consist of 50 episodes, before resuming updates.

Initially, I pushed for a return to our previous update schedule of twice a month, because the buffer for weekly updates depletes quickly but they said it wasn't an option. Working on two series both updating weekly at once has led to a neglect in the quality of SAH, and it's affecting the writing too. Producing weekly episodes just to keep up has been disheartening as a creator who cherishes this story, especially when I see comments noticing the decline.

Since I couldn't afford to drop the webtoon original project because it's my main financial lifeline, Tapas made adjustments for me. They agreed to let us wrap up the remaining episodes of Season 1 for IDAP so we can focus on finishing Season 2 without any distractions. I’m truly thankful for their understanding. I had explained that I felt pressured during the renewal discussions, being warned that delaying Season 2 could result in losing supporters. I agreed reluctantly, but clearly, it wasn’t the right move.
Although I can handle multitasking, my recent break with my family made it clear how much I've been neglecting my own needs. My life has been all about work, leaving little time for hobbies or spending time with friends and family. They're worried about the impact on my mental health, especially since I've been noticeably more emotional lately.

It's a wake-up call for me, and I've made a heart-wrenching decision. I’m counting on your understanding as we focus on finishing IDAP Season 1 first, then we’ll move on to Season 2 of SAH.
I appreciate all of you who support SAH on Patreon, but I'm aware that my updates have not been consistent. Considering this, I plan to hide the tier to new members temporarily and reduce it to just 1 dollar for those who decide to stay. It's completely okay for you to unsubscribe while we're not updating the series. As a token of my gratitude for your patience, I'll keep sharing sneak peeks and occasional NSFW rewards.

The IDAP tier will also be cheaper starting next month. This is the best way I could think of to be fair to all of you, my patrons, because I know some of you might be tired of my inconsistency and broken promises.
