Added 2022-07-12 18:12:41 +0000 UTCHello! SO... I'm a little down seeing my series being pirated everywhere. I would have ignored it if they were a few episodes behind. But imagine pirating all episodes. Nothing left to unlock, and it will affect our revenue in the future. Big titles such as Solo leveling or true beauty don't bother much about piracy because they already have many supporters, with k-drama and anime adaptations printed for books. My point is, when a small creator like me gets pirated, I don't have any other ways to earn money other than Patreon, unlike the popular ones. I wish whoever uploads the series illegally is not from here because that will be heartbreaking.
I hope Tapas can take some of the sites down, but for now, I'll have to wait for the results of the action they'll take.

I'm glad then I pay for Patreon and I also unlock every episode on Tapas too. It felt extra to me lol but I liked the convenience of the Tapas platform. Happy to slide my coins your way though. LOVE this series, followed from Webtoon. And I will totally purchase a physical comic, should that come into production at some point. 💕

2022-07-13 04:47:50 +0000 UTCI love your comic. Piracy sucks. This is just my opinion, so take it however you want, but have you thought about building Safe as Houses out more? Meaning more Patreon tiers with extras like printed version of the comic, bonus prints, stickers, merch, etc. That way you aren’t completely dependent on revenue from Tapas? I’ve seen other creators do this quite successfully. I would gladly upgrade my tier to a higher price point. Again, just a suggestion because people unfortunately will always try to post your work and it’s total BS. Not sure how much you can do to stop it. I’m also a creator and these are things I worry about as well.
