Story Ideas Poll~!

With Heat Culture finishing sometime in the new year, it is time to select our next story for the rotation. In saying this, after Heat Culture, there will be a short story about Yang as a 'hooters' waitress that was a popular idea spawned on the discord server, and so whatever wins this poll will come after that one.

Here are the options and a more detailed description of each one. The ideas that place in the top four will then be put into a separate poll for a second round of voting to determine the winner.

Option 1: Post-Series, after the defeat of Salem and the Gods. Humanity and faunus-kind population on the decline, world ravaged by Grimm, a total rebuild of society. The beautiful women around Jaune decide to do their part in helping to restore their species. Jaune/Team RWBY, Jaune/Emerald, Jaune/More?

Option 2: Post-Series. The God of Darkness’ last act before he and his brother are banished back to the Ever After is to curse Team RWBY, turning them into Eldritch Grimm monsters. Jaune is on a journey to save them with the help of an unchained Jinn, Relic of Knowledge. Grimm Girls. Jaune/Team RWBY, Jaune/Jinn.

Option 3: AU World. The Huntsman Academy system doesn’t exist, and every Huntsman-in-training is involved in the professional fighting circuit. Jaune's battle to reach the top tier after a promising, meteoric rise at the beginning of his career stalls when he cannot unlock his semblance. Jaune/Many.

Option 4: AU. Summer lives, Tai dies. Yang brings Jaune home as her boyfriend after their first year at Beacon, but things aren’t quite what they seem. Jaune/Yang, Jaune/Ruby, Jaune/Summer.

Option 5: Beacon. Valentine’s Day rolls around and Jaune is being extra nice to the girls in his life. They all mistake this for romantic intentions and ridiculousness ensues. Jaune/Multi.

Option 6: Beacon/End of Volume 3. Jaune dies during the attack on Bacon in place of Pyrrha. In the aftermath, it is revealed that over the course of the school year, he had been carrying out relationships with several girls without their knowledge. But surprise, Jaune isn’t really dead! Jaune/Multi.

Option 7: AU. Jaune is expelled from Beacon, and the brief friendships he formed in his short time there fade as time passes by. Ten years later, Salem has been defeated but the citizens of Vale find themselves in an increasingly lawless city after the Huntsman population is decimated in the conflict. But there is a single man attempting to maintain the peace, placing himself between corrupt law enforcement, gangs and renegade Huntsmen that have turned to a life of crime. Jaune/Yang/Blake.

Option 8: Post-Beacon AU. Jaune becomes an escort on the side, servicing specific clientele; Huntresses. When some of his friends discover his second job, they can’t help but feel curious. Jaune/Multi.

Option 9: Beacon, Second Year. Jaune didn’t have a scholarship, and he wasn’t particularly rich, so when tuition costs begin to put a strain on his savings, he turns to the world of online adult entertainment to make some fast, easy money. But how long can he keep this a secret from his friends when his popularity skyrockets? Jaune as an OnlyFans star. Jaune/Multi.

Option 10: Post-Volume 9. Even though Jaune had reclaimed his younger body, Weiss can still see the toll his many years alone in the Ever After has taken on him. She is willing to do anything to bring back that sweet, awkward boy who once upon a time, couldn’t speak to her without making a fool of himself. But she isn’t the only one. Jaune/Weiss/Ruby.
