Small Tier Update

We decided to update the tier benefits when it comes to the workshops.
- The workshops will remain available to every tier when they are given (either in the community server or Patron exclusive channel)
- Recordings will be available for the Plate & Pile of Cookies tiers.
It made more sense to us that the recordings, being associated with mentorship that comes with these tiers, would move up a tier as a lot of extra effort is put into editing them.
