Yea, I would'nt be surprised. I loved Lothraxian, he was a relatively minor character, but the existence of Light Nethrazim had huge implications. Like, There Lothraxian as light, the Dreadlords from WC3 etc as fel now Sire Denathrias in the Shadowlands. Do you think theres a hippy Nethrazim in the Lifelands?
