Master Tier January - Shipping Update

Hey everyone! Okay, so we’ve had a bit of a snag. I'd mentioned it the most recent WoW news, and I now have solid dates from our pin partner. Everything else is on schedule though.

The pins for January (which is shipped at the start of February, once the Month clears Patreon) were ordered in December. They usually take around 25 days to reach us, but it seems that the tail end of production has been hit by Chinese New Year, and potentially the Coronavirus. From what I understand things are getting quite serious over there, so places have to take precautions.

Unfortunately, that means the estimated date that the pins hit the UK is the 7th of Feb. They’ll then take 1-2 days to reach us in Belfast. Rather than delay the entire month, we’re going to post the Dwarf Postcard, Bestiary & Sticker as soon as the Patreon month clears. It usually takes us 2 days to do everything, so they should be posted on the 6th. Once pins arrive around the 10th, we’ll ship them out ASAP - probably the 12th.

We have some spares, so expect a little surprise to come along with the first package!

I’m very sorry for this delay - ultimately, I didn’t plan things in advance well enough. Feb’s class pin (ie the one that ships the beginning of March) was ordered Jan 21st. They took a while to create proofs, but they were approved by me yesterday. They should arrive in late Feb - so we’ll have them in our hands (and shown to you) by the end of the month.

March’s pin will be ordered next Monday, and Aprils will be ordered next Thursday. We’re going to do all we can to be as ahead of ourselves as we possibly can be. Ultimately, working with physical products has turned out to be a lot more delay prone. We’re doing all we can to have the rest of the year be smooth, and I think we’re going to get there.

We'll slip in a little extra this month to make up for it ;)
