The future plan for VCR and other bonus comics

So, I've come to the realization that the current structure of Bonus comics just really does not work.  It took me falling behind on things to see it.

Monthly releases just simply don't work for me. It's far harder to stay consistent with a comic only working on it once a month and it is also far harder to stay motivated to work on it. Not to mention, the reader's standpoint of having a month between every page can be difficult to follow.

So, what I have decided is to go ahead and finish the VCR comic when The Book Club ends. With a twice weekly release schedule, it will only take a couple of weeks to get it finished. And then after that, I will move on to The Incredibles Parody comic.

This will be what I do with any comics going forward, they'll simply be taking up the twice weekly comic release schedule.

As a "replacement" for that previous reward I plan to do a stream doing quick doodle sketches by request in the stream.  These will be similar to the Christmas sketches and earlier doodle stream. These will not be taking the place of the Sketch Lottery, which provides for a more detailed scene, these will just be single character quick sketches and I plan to do several in a stream.  The streaming service I use has a raffle function, so I will use that and anyone present in the stream will have the chance to have a sketch done.

I'll be sure to announce the stream a few days in advance to give people a chance to plan and prepare.

I like doing one comic at a time. Too many distractions and lapses between pages mean the story's got less of an impact

Twice a week means your ideas are more fresh for the following pages (At least, that is what I'm thinking.) Love the change.

Sounds great to me. I like the idea of twice a week postings, we get more pages and you get finished sooner and can move on to the next great comic idea. It's a win, win. I like the idea of the streaming sketches although I don't always get to participate, I like the idea that I can join in if I get the chance to. Sounds like a solid plan for the future. Good luck, and thanks for the art.
