August Patreon Build v0.31 Now Available!

Sorry this one came a little later than the usual time! I've been crunching like I've never crunched before to try and get this monstrosity across the finish line! What was supposed to be a smaller monthly update containing mostly in between content as we work towards the next major plot event turned into something a bit ridiculous, a bit crazy, very challenging to brick up to par and more than a little interesting! 

Don't believe me? Clearly you haven't look at the screenshot above closely enough... yep, that's you! This is the very first time where the protagonist can be seen outside of CG's and, perhaps more interestingly, in third person! The scene pictured above was a short and sweet scene from Axel's perspective, and it's not all you'll be seeing of the protagonist this update!

In addition, there's a bunch of other great stuff in this update! Did you enjoy Beth from last months build? Well she's back, and with a vengeance! Been missing a certain skeezy rat? You'll be begging to be rid of him before you know it! And did you ever want to know what it would feel like to have your kneecaps broken? Diego has you covered!

Oh, and remember that story Axel was telling at the end of Day 15? You're finally gonna get to hear what that's all about and hoo boy, it's a doozy!

This update is bigger than it has any right to be, better than it has any right to be and was harder to make than it had any right to be! After this, I'm going to bed and I don't expect to wake up for some time! I'm exhausted! But the outcome was 10x better than what I'd expected for this month, so its... sort of worth it, I guess? And it isn't even small! It's actually less than a thousand words shorter than last months update!

•    Runs until half way through Day 16 of Tai's Route, and takes you to a lot of interesting places along the way!
•    Adds a character sprite for the protagonist which is used in Day 16! •    Several new music tracks have been added.  
•    Replaces 'Dungeon' background with drawn version. •    Improves naming system and fixes a number of name related bugs.
•    Improves the system which determines what name Beth will use to address you. She will occasionally pick names starting with completely different letters now and will more reliably avoid matching your chosen name or the last name generated.  
•    Includes almost 500 spelling, grammatical or other script-based errors.  
•    Other misc fixes, improvements and enhancements.
