Currently binging old episodes & I have to say, as a girlie who went from an E cup to B cup via reduction, the scars & potential complications (mine have been minimal) have been SO WORTH IT. Everything I used to wear, I’d feel sexualized simply bc my breasts were large, I now I feel like I can exist within my body w/o that attention. I have had friends & family members respectfully observe my breasts post op, but I’m so proud to the point where I’ve said “go ahead, PLZ look” but within a safe context. If an in-law or relative were to STARE for the duration of a dinner or gathering, I’d be incredibly uncomfy & would hope their spouse/partner/etc would put them in their place rather than expect me to dress “modestly.” TF??? Hell no, I hope OP took the petty, stubborn route, cause they did nothing wrong. And Morgan or anyone else on the fence, check out r/reduction it really helped me solidify my decision in having surgery. Best thing I could’ve ever done for myself ❤️

2024-02-23 20:37:21 +0000 UTCOmg I’ve literally gone through something really similar lol same height, had a reduction at 18 they grew back a considerable amount actually like you guys were saying haha but not as big and honestly I love them a lot more than I did before anyway. My family used to always make comments if my cleavage was a bit out at family dinner or something (nothing crazy either in my opinion just an inch or so wearing and a lose sweater but whatever) I just used to look at them and say “haha ya thanks for the genetics 😉” and go on with my evening 😂 I made it evident I don’t care how it makes anyone feel or what their opinions could be and they moved on as well so my advice for the OP is do the same flip em the bird and move on as long as ur happy and she’s definitely not the asshole the mom and sister can get over it however they want

He and I are very communicative and there are those moments we pass a random stranger and he asks me if I saw them or we have to rewind a movie so he can appreciate a character or actor. But I know him and I know he’s respectful about it and we have talked about it. It sounds like this BIL was literally leering at this poor OP and for the sister to get mad at OP is ridiculous. There is an appropriate way to approach this situation and the dude didn’t handle it well, like many men don’t, and then you have the wife who is jealous and upset and victim blaming instead of properly communicating with her husband. That’s my take on this but that’s again cause of my own perspective on this kind of behavior.
